“This location is one of the better ones to go to in my experience. They're usually quick to get the orders made and have them ready for pick up when I make mobile orders. What you get drink wise stays fairly consistent with a hiccup every now and then, mainly with ice London fog drinks that I order. Overall, 4 stars.“
“Kendall was absolutely wonderful to meet and absolutely had her shi together, she made all the drinks with no book and made them right to the tea !! I heavily appreciate your working all alone with such a positive attitude with soo many people to cater to alone!! Props to Kendall she’s a wonderful barista and deserves all the gratitude a customer can give :)
Vegetarian options: Very good that things can be made separate :) very grateful as my best friend is vegetarian, so it allowed her to eat who we she wants :)“
“I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Tisha, every other interaction that I’ve had this morning “Easter Sunday“ I’ve been met with the attitude and dislike for their job. I get it, it’s Easter Sunday, but still. But Tisha was absolutely fantastic super respectful, and just a delightful person. Really made my morning.“
“Drive thru Starbucks located here. Mobile order through Starbucks app at “Buckwalter Parkway and Bluffton Parkway”it is actually located next to Lowcountry Fresh Market (this is not the Starbucks inside Kroger). Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.“
“WHOEVER WAS WORKING ON 2/5/2024 at around 6:30pm maybe a little later IS SO AMAZING. SO SWEET. SO KIND. I HOPE SHES GETTING PAID WELL OR GETTING A RAISED. She was so nice and welcoming. When I enter a Starbucks environment they’re usually rude in the afternoon but this LADY WAS SO NICE AND MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED. I appreciate that so much. She greeted me with a smile, made my drink quick, and never gave me an attitude. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but I want you to know you’re so so amazing !! Thank you for making me day. “Our PTO held an event today for a Mother’ Day Tea Party. We contacted this Starbucks asking about items for our event. Devon was quick to answer all our questions and offered to donate food items and coffee for our event. This was such a generous offer, as we are a PTO that works with a smaller budget. Devon provided us with the most amazing customer service. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience this location and Devon. From JPII PTO, we are eternally grateful for your generosity and kindness. Everyone loved the food and coffee. You have a customer for life .“
