My husband and I were having a stressful day so we decided to come to this Starbucks to get a drink. The customer service given by a gentlemen named Karma was phenomenal! The staff that was working tonight was also super nice and helpful. Our drinks were delicious and Karma’s excellent customer service plus his friendly attitude and the staff’s hard work made our night! Thanks so much for a wonderful time.
We just had a really great customer experience here! We went inside and received our drinks promptly. We had several other side requests (straws, cups of ice etc ...) and the barista, who I think was the manager was gracious and kind every time! She was incredibly warm and friendly. She noticed my daughter collects pins and gave her a cute pin. The Barista was friendly, service was great and the place was very clean. Coffee and danishes were good!
