“This location is definitely my favorite! They have an all star staff!! Today, I decided to dine in, which I never do. I got an opportunity to meet Melanie, she doesn’t know how much her smile and helpful attitude improved my day, she even brought my food to me during their very busy morning rush! Awesome experience ❤️❤️“

“Great service! I believe the barista's name was Juliet. She was the only person working there today and she was zipping around so fast! I was even a few cents short for my order and she found a little change to help me out! She was super kind even though it was crazy busy. I would honestly go back to this location just for her ? ?“

“Parking is inconvenient—and a “splash” of milk was like a full on pour—and it’s clear (some) of the front counter employees have had ENOUGH. Aside from that, it was typical Starbucks and I rarely get anything complicated enough to cause a problem.“

“The young ladies behind the counter were very kind, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. I got some kind of barista blend that had brown sugar, blonde shots, and a little caramel drizzle. It was delicious! Of course I probably used up all my calories for the day on this one medium-sized drink, but it was worth it!(I gave the atmosphere 3 ⭐s bc this Starbucks is inside Kroger, which is very busy and noisy)“

“This Starbucks is currently the only Starbucks chain store in downtown Savannah. We all love that it's such a great place to buy food and drinks. But why is the music so loud? (It's almost deafening!) We hope they can be more considerate of their customers' ears. We often come here for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

Must have coffee while you rome around savannah riverside. If you are around in evening have some best coffee and spend great evening time. View is beautiful and stunning.“

“Asho and Chandler are amazing & the staff working today around 04/15/2024 @ 10:24. Todays staff is what this location needs, other days we’ve been there and this staff is not working orders are wrong, attitudes are terrible & you pretty much can’t ask for them to fix your order or anything like that without them making faces or rolling eyes(Takeevia) . We will continue to go to this location with the hopes of seeing Chandler & the other staff member that was working today.“

“The beautiful young lady that makes the coffee is one of the best in Savannah. I don’t know her name but she is African American , wears a puff and she’s one of the best to do it. My drink is always delicious. If she’s not there , the others also do an amazing job. They get you in and out quickly no matter how busy. They are doing a fantastic job considering they are all students. Let’s make sure we are tipping them and showing gratitude. Keep up the great work !“

“I stopped in at Starbucks on September 10, 2025 at 2:31 PM. The young lady who helped me seemed like she might be new, but she absolutely crushed it. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. I really wish I had asked her name, because she deserves recognition for the way she carried herself and represented the store.“

“One of the nicest Starbucks ever. Great location down on the Savannah Riverwalk. Great staff and good drinks. Nice place to sit down and watch the ships go by do a little people watching and hang out. Tons of historical markers and nice parks around the area so get nice and caffeinated and walk around taking in the city and Riverwalk“

“Sometimes it takes awhile depending on the time of day, but there's almost always the same lady taking orders, and she is so good at her job, it's no wonder they have her handling the masses! And they take Starbucks rewards, which is a huge plus!“
