Went to this vendor around 1:30 PM looking for a quick snack. The display case had a number of pastries and the display sign indicated several sandwiches supposedly for sale. When I tried to order one of the items in the display, it was not available, so I tried to order another just to get the answer. Then I tried to order one of four sandwiches that was advertised and told only one of them was available. What is wrong with this picture??
Just today 9/7/26, the staff member with pink hair seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She took my order by resting her chin on one hand, appearing very distracted and disengaged. She handed me the receipt in a rude manner as well. It was very unprofessional.
Don’t expect them to be open at 3:34am, as their hours state.

Starbucks, a well-known coffee chain, offers a mixed experience at the airport location. The coffee is generally good, but the service can be unfriendly, with customers feeling like "a number." Prices are high, and the availability of alternative milk options is limited. The location is clean and well-decorated, with clear signage. The quality of the baristas' work can be inconsistent, with some providing excellent service and others being rude. Recently, staff like Laurel have shown great dedication to customer service, handling orders quickly and accurately with a smile, even when faced with challenges like mobile pickup errors. Despite the busy environment, some customers find the service to be rushed, and drinks may not always meet expectations, such as being less than full or not properly blended. Overall, it remains a convenient spot for coffee, but the experience varies depending on the staff and crowd.
