Drinks were just fine. Attitude from the worker was not. I politely asked where the snack box was with our order and the worker gave an attitude then said “in front”. Being that I have NEVER been to the Starbucks in the Savannah airport, I was still confused. So, as 4 workers stood around, another lady helped me out and let me know I needed to grab it myself. Cool.

Service was very rude. There were two servers who were making continuous jabs at patrons in voices loud enough to be overheard. One server called my name to pick up food. Food was placed next to a coffee and I asked if the coffee was mine too. Another server told me no and I backed away. In a mocking tone, the server said to a coworker, “we will call you when it’s ready.”

Unfriendly service at Savannah Airport gate 10 location. Six item order ($30+)included ice water. Refused ice and a lid for the water. Was just to carry away six items and drag bags with water spilling from cup. Unfriendly and non caring service. Also would not honor refill for rewards member. I guess not a “participating store”.

Probably the single rudest barista I’ve ever encountered. Couldn’t make my drink because they ran out of ice,couldn’t refund it, and when I hesitated they threw my receipt away.
