I always have a great experience at this Starbucks! Jocelyn and the rest of the team consistently provide amazing customer service. They’re friendly, welcoming, and always make sure my order is just right. Jocelyn especially stands out for her positive attitude and professionalism, but honestly all the girls here do a fantastic job. This location makes my day every time I stop by—keep up the great work!“

“I don't usually come to this location because I'm rarely in this part of town, but I can't ever think of a time when I've come through and they haven't nailed my drink to perfection! Its always so beautiful and tasty! (Goose creek location could NEVER! They just put all my caramel in the bottom, coffee, cold foam and call it a day 🙄) so thank yall for actually putting in the effort!

The food at starbucks is usually pretty good actually but way too overpriced, that's the only reason i gave 3 stars for that part. But thats also not this store alones fault or problem.“

“I want to share an experience I had at this location a few weeks ago. Nick, absolutely a 10 star employee. I was having an awful day. Everything that could go wrong did. Tears in my eyes I made my order. I always get the caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. Somehow that extra always gets lost in translation until this day. He made the perfect drink. His smile and kind words ended my day on a happy note. Not all employees actually take the time to notice customers and listen, he does. For that i was grateful and will continue to go to this location as long as he is working. Thank you Nick for turning my entire day around.“

“The employees were pleasant and patience with my friend order in the drive thru. She can be a bit picky sometimes but Pleasant. They were young kids too taking the order so I really admire their professionalism, must have a really good manager at that location.“
