“This might be the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a lot of construction at my house, so I’ve been spending a decent amount of my mornings here. The staff is just incredible. Every single person there is nice and attentive. The food and drinks come out fast.“

“This is a good Starbucks! The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Sometimes I wish the drive-thru moved a little quicker, but other than that I have no complaints. “I wanna take the girls at Starbucks this morning, August 12 at 6:45 AM. I was interested in trying something new and one of the girls suggested a salted caramel mocha Strato Frappuccino and it is absolutely delightful. It is delicious. It’s got the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of coffee. I wanna thank her so much for whoever introduced me to this district. I didn’t get her name, but I think she had wonderful customer service this morning and she knows exactly how to help a customer. She did a great job this morning and I wanna make sure that she is Aware of how much she helped me this morning.“

“Just wanted to pop on and say how exceptional my experience was at this Starbucks today. The young ladies who were the baristas when I came in were incredibly welcoming and warm. The area was clean, and there was a lot of great outdoor seating. The baristas even wrote cute little greetings on our cups. The customer service is what put this place over the top.“

“Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food options and vegan milk options, as well.

Kid-friendliness: This location is in a Target.“

“Incredibly well managed, clean Starbucks with friendly baristas and quick service. A huge thanks to Reagan and the rest of the staff who went above and beyond to help me get hot chocolate for a school Polar Express story time. I'd give 6 stars if I could!“

“I love Starbucks drinks and treats!! This location overall is good, however the drive thru can be problematic. People have cut in front of me and service can be slow at times but the staff has always been friendly and the food and drinks are always good“

“When I get there it was so full of soldiers to be, I made a big line but they served very fast.

“When I placed my mobile order. I ordered a Hot Blonde Vanilla Latte, however when my husband brought my order home it was iced. He doesn't understand the difference so he didn't know the order was incorrect. I attempted to call the location but no answer and I emailed customer service and no response as of yet.“

“I come from NYC and I have never tried a better matcha latte!! I am genuinely so impressed… I have tried every single one in Manhattan and this is the perfect combination; NOT SOUR AT ALL!! I love matcha and sometimes when I can’t make my own my go to is Starbucks, always, however sometimes I feel like I am eating grass because some people don’t know how to make it—it is an art. Keep it up! The matcha lovers will absolutely appreciate this💖 and this starbucks has my heart, the staff is so nice and they greet you as soon as you step on it. “I’ve been to this location before but I usually go to the drive-thru which it’s limited interaction with the employees. Today I went inside and received some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I forgot to ask the young lady’s name but she was so patient and I appreciate her input on which new items I should try for me and my son. I just wanted to take the time to write a good review for the service I received this evening because good employees should be acknowledged.. as well as people tend to leave bad reviews quicker than good ones. “Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC’s campus, the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area, while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me. Many of them seem to build strong connections with customers while simultaneously managing the constant rush of tired students and staff getting to class. They really do seem to always be on their A-game!“

“The Starbucks in the library opens early and closes late, Monday to Thursday 7:30-23:00, with slightly shorter opening hours on Fridays and weekends.Fully serving students in the library!But there are always queues all year round. Hahaha, the demand is very strong. It takes about 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to get the coffee.However, the milk foam of the latte is not very delicate, and it is not a very good experience to drink it.But you can drink coffee at your seat, so basically everyone has a cup.Btw, by the way, the library has free wifi. Even if you are not a student, you can come in to work and study.There are quiet floors and floors where you can talk.It's a very, very good library“

Because I have become a regular they are familiar with my usual drink and will ask me before I make my request. They move swiftly and the quality of my order is always best.“
