“This might be the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a lot of construction at my house, so I’ve been spending a decent amount of my mornings here. The staff is just incredible. Every single person there is nice and attentive. The food and drinks come out fast.“

“I wanna take the girls at Starbucks this morning, August 12 at 6:45 AM. I was interested in trying something new and one of the girls suggested a salted caramel mocha Strato Frappuccino and it is absolutely delightful. It is delicious. It’s got the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of coffee. I wanna thank her so much for whoever introduced me to this district. I didn’t get her name, but I think she had wonderful customer service this morning and she knows exactly how to help a customer. She did a great job this morning and I wanna make sure that she is Aware of how much she helped me this morning.“

“Just wanted to pop on and say how exceptional my experience was at this Starbucks today. The young ladies who were the baristas when I came in were incredibly welcoming and warm. The area was clean, and there was a lot of great outdoor seating. The baristas even wrote cute little greetings on our cups. The customer service is what put this place over the top.“

I’ve never tried matcha before and she took the time to recommend and make me an Iced Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar Cream Foam to try. It was absolutely delicious! What really keeps me coming back to this location is the atmosphere. The energy is ALWAYS on point! The entire team is friendly, welcoming and consistently provides excellent customer service. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and it makes a huge difference in the customer experience.

“I go to this starbucks almost everyday and i love it! and i've been to other coffee shops, local and corporate owned, but none compare to this locations hospitality and service! especially the lovely girls named ashlea and kaytlin!! they are wonderful! kaytlin is always polite and excited to see me and my puppy whenever we drive thru or come in which makes our day better no matter what! and ashlea has a bubbly personality that makes you feel like you known her for years even if you only talk to her for a second thru the intercom. whatever these girls put in the air must be something magic because its always a wonderful experience at this store!!“

“Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food options and vegan milk options, as well.

Kid-friendliness: This location is in a Target.“

“I just want to say how awesome the team is at this Starbucks. I come here so often I recognize the voices in the drive‑thru, lol. It’s always a pleasant experience, and if anything ever needs to be fixed, they remake it without hesitation.

The morning crew keeps things moving with great speed, which makes it super convenient on my way to work. I can’t say the same for a nearby location, where I’ve had several slower experiences. Whether I order through the app or the drive‑thru, it’s consistently great here.

I also love the little messages on the cups — they always make my day. ❤

Huge shoutout to Jeff (dark hair, works mornings). I’m always happy to see him; he’s friendly, helpful, and always willing to explain anything I’m unsure about and Jasmine in the afternoons and evenings is amazing too — she always delivers great service.

“I love Starbucks drinks and treats!! This location overall is good, however the drive thru can be problematic. People have cut in front of me and service can be slow at times but the staff has always been friendly and the food and drinks are always good“

“I've been to many Starbucks chains as my work is remote. The one here in Sandhills never fails to amaze me. I usually get a tall iced matcha everywhere, but while other places makes it either too bitter or too frothy, or even too sweet, this one makes it perfect every time. But taste is subjective right? Well what's objective is their top tier service. I swear whenever I walk in, they have one of the best response to the register times than any other chain no matter how busy they are. And even if they're busy, somehow their able to keep the community feel alive.

If you go there enough, they'd probably remember your name and order as well. And here I thought chain cafe stores have lower quality but I couldn't be further from the truth. Best Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Anyone who says otherwise probably got a 1 out of 1 millionth of a chance of misfortune somehow. (Or are making it up)“

“Great experience today. But one thing that stood out was Madi. We watched her hustle and knock out 5-6 drinks from hot to cold in well under 5 minutes. And every beverage she made we all were satisfied with the quality. Shout out Madi! She back there going Craazzyyy!!! (Good Crazy) lol“

I don't usually get food, so I can't speak on thay aspect. But every time I get a drink, it never disappoints! Always delicious! This Starbucks will continue to be my number one! He doesn't understand the difference so he didn't know the order was incorrect. I attempted to call the location but no answer and I emailed customer service and no response as of yet.“

“I’ve been to this location before but I usually go to the drive-thru which it’s limited interaction with the employees. Today I went inside and received some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I forgot to ask the young lady’s name but she was so patient and I appreciate her input on which new items I should try for me and my son. I just wanted to take the time to write a good review for the service I received this evening because good employees should be acknowledged.. as well as people tend to leave bad reviews quicker than good ones. “Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC’s campus, the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area, while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me. Many of them seem to build strong connections with customers while simultaneously managing the constant rush of tired students and staff getting to class. They really do seem to always be on their A-game!“

“Highly recommend the place. It's almost as if I live downtown now haha, even though I live else where in the COLA SC area. I'm almost always at Starbucks downtown enjoying a Mocha(my usual order being White Chocolate Mocha Grande hot). I'm looking forward to the fall when it fills up and theres a big burst of students there, but even right now its nice and quiet, but as a social person who also loves Starbucks holiday and fall menus I'm excited for the fall boom over the holidays and when students come and it becomes more active, thus I'd say this is the best Starbies location I've been to. “The Starbucks in the library opens early and closes late, Monday to Thursday 7:30-23:00, with slightly shorter opening hours on Fridays and weekends.Fully serving students in the library!But there are always queues all year round. Hahaha, the demand is very strong. It takes about 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to get the coffee.However, the milk foam of the latte is not very delicate, and it is not a very good experience to drink it.But you can drink coffee at your seat, so basically everyone has a cup.Btw, by the way, the library has free wifi. Even if you are not a student, you can come in to work and study.There are quiet floors and floors where you can talk.It's a very, very good library“
