“Had the pleasure of stopping here today after my mom, husband and I were done shopping in Kroger. Jabari waited on us. Even though I am a frequent Starbucks customer, Jabari offered some new options and I actually purchased it (along with my regular 😀). He is such an awesome example of what customer service should be......knowledge, friendly and welcoming. Whenever I am in town again I will make it a point to stop here. And its all because of Jabari's disposition.“
“Isaac at the Starbucks on I26 and Broad River deserves so much recognition. Every single time I visit, he’s genuinely friendly and personable. He always asks how I’m doing at the speaker, and you can tell he truly cares about making customers feel welcome. Today, they realized after I got to the window that they were sold out of the Ham & Swiss Croissant I’d ordered. Instead of just apologizing, Isaac kindly gave me a $4 credit toward my next order as a courtesy. He handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism. It truly was the definition of going above and beyond. I’d had a really rough night the night before, and this simple interaction completely turned my day around. It’s amazing how much of a difference genuine kindness can make. Isaac deserves recognition for consistently providing outstanding customer service and making people feel valued. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him!“
