Starbucks in Irmo

“Had the pleasure of stopping here today after my mom, husband and I were done shopping in Kroger. Jabari waited on us. Even though I am a frequent Starbucks customer, Jabari offered some new options and I actually purchased it (along with my regular 😀). He is such an awesome example of what customer service should be......knowledge, friendly and welcoming. Whenever I am in town again I will make it a point to stop here. And its all because of Jabari's disposition.“

“Honestly where to start, the location is a good area where it’s not always busy, but the staff here is 10 out of 10 the manager who helped at the counter was so lovely and she has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time, honestly you guys need to come visit the location. And the manager needs a raise, the best Starbucks by far“

“This is my most favorite stop of the morning. Ms. Paula is an absolute Gem!! She remembers my name and makes me feel so welcome every day. Ive seen her do it to others too. The drinks are over priced but always good and she makes it worth it even more. Yall are doing great things❤️“

“I usually have the best experience at this location, but this morning I wanted to treat myself to an iced caramel macchiato. I understand it was rainy and everything in between but the girl at the drive thru window didn’t ask how I was doing or anything like that. She handed me my drink told me my total and didn’t say one thing other than that. I’ve also worked at Starbucks before and we talked to the customer from the moment they got to the window till they were leaving with their order. I honestly shocked from the rude attitude this morning. I will be going back. But hopefully they will be a little nicer this next time. Also I could tell they were talking on the headsets to each other with the continuous conversation button. Which I don’t mind but it would’ve been nice for them to give their full attention to the customer that was waiting on her order. I’m never the type to leave a horrible review but honestly it just kind of hurt my feelings. Because I needed to ask for a pup cup ( I just forgot to ask at the box.) and now my fur baby doesn’t have his treat because she opened the window to hand me my drink and take my money and closed it on me. I’m very disappointed this morning with this location.“
