Love this Starbucks location. My order is always correct and usually ready when I arrive to pick it up. The morning staff are always friendly, even when super busy.
Quick and friendly service.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative aspects. The coffee is always amazing and the drinks, like the peach green tea and the green drink, are described as refreshing, great, and absolutely great. The snowman cookie is delicious. The store is clean with an electric atmosphere.
However, service varies greatly. Some baristas are extremely rude, especially to minorities, and the team lacks diversity. There is a need for sensitivity and customer service training at this location. In contrast, other staff members are friendly, very helpful, nice, and positive. One worker named Cash is especially positive and always has a smile. Another worker named Ms. Paula is an absolute gem who remembers names and makes customers feel welcome. Drinks are overpriced but always good. The drive-through can be slow, and the line does not move, causing melted drinks even when ordered ahead.
