Very good staff, the are very efficient at their jobs. Biggest down side is the wait time. It gets packed in between classes making it difficult to get in and out in a timely manner.
Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC’s campus, the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area, while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me.
