The cashier with the pink hair was really nice and helpful. She had a great attitude and was just genuinely pleasant to interact with. It’s always nice when someone makes a simple checkout experience feel welcoming. She definitely deserves some recognition! It was a little busy due to family day but they were able to get our drinks in and out in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend this location if I was in state.

Service varies; some employees deliver exceptional service, are cool and patient, and go above and beyond, making drinks perfectly. However, the store often seems understaffed, leading to waits of about 30 minutes. Mobile and app preorders are not guaranteed to be ready on time, often requiring an extra 5-10 minutes or plenty of time. The atmosphere can be quiet and peaceful. The food and drinks, like a bacon sandwich or something strawberry venty and a Grande Cinnamon Latte, are delicious and amazing. The location has wheelchair access.
