Quick, straight forward service. Manager looked into an issue, clarified it was an error on the app side. Had drink remade. All in all solid service.Gets super busy at its peak time as this one services a lot of the area.
My trenta black iced tea w/3 pumps of honey blend was spot on. They messed up and tried to give me a tall iced tea but I spoke up and had them remake it. Ambiance for this site was good. Bathroom needed cleaning.

We were here 2 days in a row during our stay for a graduation. The first day it was absolutely slam packed full, yet the employees remained friendly, helpful, and kept things moving smoothly-with perfect orders and organization. I was very impressed!One of the baristas helped me decide what to get. She made an excellent suggestion. I loved my Ices Pumpkinatte!The store is clean and there isplenty of seating, inside and out.
