“I have been coming there each morning this week (it’s a Wednesday writing this) because my dad is in icu across the street. Drinks haven’t been made right; one time they forgot the expresso one time too much. I ordered my drink and just asked that it be made right. The manager Kesha asked me what was wrong told me the ingredients and had ne taste it before I go. I thought that was extremely nice of her because I was not the nicest. She even gave me two gift cards to use in future. Kudos to Kesha for great customer service.“

“Kenzie did an amazing job. They were very helpful with advice/opinions I was asking for. They even walked over to our table and was very personable. Before we ordered, they helped a customer from the UK feel welcomed and assisted when her app wasn't working. There was a mistake and an extra pastry was warmed, so they walked out to the lobby area and offered it to a little girl. For the short time we were in their store, they showed their commitment to the customers countless times! They earned my respect!!!“
