“I have been coming there each morning this week (it’s a Wednesday writing this) because my dad is in icu across the street. Drinks haven’t been made right; one time they forgot the expresso one time too much. I ordered my drink and just asked that it be made right. The manager Kesha asked me what was wrong told me the ingredients and had ne taste it before I go. I thought that was extremely nice of her because I was not the nicest. She even gave me two gift cards to use in future. Kudos to Kesha for great customer service.“

“What an operation! I arrived to order right in the middle of the store getting slammed all at once. I watched them use all three Mastrena machines and provided services to both the drive-thru and walk-in and takeout orders. This team really impressed me as probably the best I've seen in the entire, yes entire country. And my drink? Perfect.“

“Quaisa one of the ladys working the register at Starbucks was incredible!!! I have never had such a patient, compassionate assistance before at all of my Starbucks visits. She deserves a raise! She completely made my day by going above and beyond with helping me google the type of yogurt I was purchasing to make sure I knew was it was and gave me a bag for my Starbucks items. She is AWESOME! 12/10 service.“
