I frequent this SB regularly and Im honestly shocked at the behavior of the baristas. I ordered a drink via mobile and got in line at the time the app stated it would be ready between. The girl on the mic was rude “um next time wait until you get a ready notification we havent even made it yet we just got it” okay well not my problem. I got in line when it said it would be ready. The hours are inconsistent. They don’t follow their own posted hours, it can change from week to week. Sometimes they put a note out on the door (or the drive thru box) stating the adjusted hours for the day, sometimes they don’t.
