This Starbucks is very nice inside and very clean. However, the person at the counter was a bit snappy towards me. First, they directed me to get in a specific line even though I was the only person at the counter, then they gave me my drink, and I had just asked if it was mine to make sure since they didn't ask me for my name upon taking my order, and they said "yes, does it look wrong to you?" Music is amazing, not too loud at all! Gives a good energy and vibe to the store! I heard my name perfectly when it was called and my drink was made in a good amount of time, considering how busy it was! The employees work fast and are very kind, despite some customers (like Cesar) who ruin the mood for no reason, probably because he's never worked a food service job lol. Pretty busy but I don't expect it to be slow, considering it's in the center of Downtown Charleston

Busy in town location, but the process was really well laid out. The status board and labeled pick-up section made it easy and efficient. We were here during the Cooper River Bridge Run (more than 35,000 racers) on a rather cool day. The staff did a great job of getting orders out quickly, even with it being an extremely busy day.
