Starbucks in Wilmington

“BEST STARBUCKS EVER! (And no I’m not getting paid or I did not ask to review this location). I have been to so many Starbucks over the years and this location by far is the best!! The drinks are always so good and fast! Workers are the absolute sweetest and make you feel like family. And the playlist when you study is the absolute best!! Could not love this place any more!!! Thank you!“

“If you read any review please read this. (I ordered a frozen raspberry chocolate coffee thing for employee reference) This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Yesterday, the 5th, was my birthday and the staff at this location changed my day. It’s my first year here and it was my first birthday completely alone. I didn’t receive a single call or text from anyone besides one friend I made here and I was having a VERY rough day. My bf broke up with me (on my birthday ikr), my family knew and chose not to reach out, the only think I wanted to do was cancelled because of the rain, and someone stole my Chinese pick up order. Moral is I was having a TERRIBLE day. WELL I haven’t used my Starbucks app in a few months because of the move and it didn’t give me my birthday drink. I drove up to this location, tears in my eyes, and just asked if I could still get it. They initially said they could not without the coupon but then told me to pull around. The manager decided to just give me a drink for my birthday. The staff member who made it ( I WISH I KNEW HER NAME but it was 5pm and she had short short dyed blonde hair) she was so so kind to me. Just her smile and the kindness I received in just a few minutes made me BAWL my eyes out. I just needed some kindness today. Something so small like a free drink and a smile completely MADE MY BIRTHDAY! I needed kindness and I needed something to go my way today and this store made a huge impact. I just wanted to say thank you so very much for being kind. You didn’t know what was happening behind the scenes but I’m incredibly grateful.“

“This location, specifically, is great. Staff are always polite, kind, and quick even when it gets very busy. They really deserve some recognition and I love coming to this one, plus it's the closest one in town to me. Thank you for all the hard working staff at the Oleander location!“

“Rebecca and crew were working this morning. Completely turned around my mood, they were so joyful and energetic! Along with that, I didn’t know what I wanted so they hooked me up with the perfect drink! I hope the managers of this Starbucks know how great of a help she is!“

“This Starbucks just opened and brings to our neighborhood another good place for coffee, tea, and desserts. It is real nice inside and out as the owners chose to keep the beautiful, large oak trees standing alongside the building and adjacent to their parking lot and outdoor seating area. Inside the dining area is large, modern and attractive. Our server at the counter was J.T. and he was real nice and helpful. It took a few minutes to get my wife's Breakfast Tea but I am sure that it was just due to them only being open for a couple of days. Once they get their system down I am sure service here will be as reliable and quick as any of the other Starbucks locations. If there is one thing they need to do, that is add sound absorbing tiles to the ceiling to absorb some of the excessive noise. The inside is very modern as it is all steel and wood so it was very loud. That should help soften it up and make it more appealing to sit down and relax while enjoying any of the Starbucks drink offerings.“

“I came by for breakfast real quick and got an iced green tea and a sandwich. I ordered both in the app and selected to pick up inside. When I got there, it said my order was ready but I had to wait a few minutes for my sandwich to get heated up. The drink was nice and the sandwich tasted good, so I have no complaints.“

“So let me preference by saying I only come here when I get gift cards, so I never know what to get.
But every time I come here the staff is very patient and they answer all my questions and they're very helpful on picking something out. I like coming to this location.
The staff is always friendly. The location is clean.“

“I had been a customer of Starbucks for decades and I was absolutely thrilled when they decided to start having stores down here in North Carolina! Where else can you go and have great coffee and great WiFi while talking to super nice people that you just meant . I have never been to a bad one ever! I highly recommend this place to all!!“

“Extremely delighted with the environment of his coffee shop, such kind workers and quick service! Starbucks is always busy especially in the mornings , I’m impressed when a shop is busy and fast-working however I become delighted when it is busy, fast working AND everyone is pleasant. This shows that the workers have good work ethic and good work environment. Props to all the workers on September 6th morning, y’all killing it!“

If you watch her crafting your order ,you can see how much care she puts in it ,and , the satisfaction she gets in offering the very best.Always welcoming with a smile and good manners. Thank you Grace for making me feel as I were back home ,in Italy ,with a tasty latte made by you.“

“I get a cookie crumble drink without coolwipe but they always tend to still add it to it on accident or just forget. Im just not a coolwipe person but I will be nice and drink it. Bc it's just a simple mistake and it happens! :) so keep up the good work!“

“This is one of the most beautiful Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The decor is lovely and seemingly designed for people to enjoy their coffee in store. Dark warm wood and lots of wood tables. Outside there is a beautiful large covered patio area complete with ceiling fans and many tables. And of course we enjoyed typically good Starbucks coffee drinks.“

“I went to Starbucks to get my daughter a drink, not only did Sarah know exactly what my daughter wanted but she went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. You need to clone her and just have 10 Sarah’s working. Best customer service.
