The drinks are always so good and fast! Workers are the absolute sweetest and make you feel like family. And the playlist when you study is the absolute best!! Could not love this place any more!!! “So let me preference by saying I only come here when I get gift cards, so I never know what to get.
But every time I come here the staff is very patient and they answer all my questions and they're very helpful on picking something out. I like coming to this location.
The staff is always friendly. The location is clean.“

“I came by for breakfast real quick and got an iced green tea and a sandwich. I ordered both in the app and selected to pick up inside. When I got there, it said my order was ready but I had to wait a few minutes for my sandwich to get heated up. The drink was nice and the sandwich tasted good, so I have no complaints.“

“If you read any review please read this. (I ordered a frozen raspberry chocolate coffee thing for employee reference) This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Yesterday, the 5th, was my birthday and the staff at this location changed my day. It’s my first year here and it was my first birthday completely alone. I didn’t receive a single call or text from anyone besides one friend I made here and I was having a VERY rough day. My bf broke up with me (on my birthday ikr), my family knew and chose not to reach out, the only think I wanted to do was cancelled because of the rain, and someone stole my Chinese pick up order. Moral is I was having a TERRIBLE day. WELL I haven’t used my Starbucks app in a few months because of the move and it didn’t give me my birthday drink. I drove up to this location, tears in my eyes, and just asked if I could still get it. They initially said they could not without the coupon but then told me to pull around. The manager decided to just give me a drink for my birthday. The staff member who made it ( I WISH I KNEW HER NAME but it was 5pm and she had short short dyed blonde hair) she was so so kind to me. Just her smile and the kindness I received in just a few minutes made me BAWL my eyes out. I just needed some kindness today. Something so small like a free drink and a smile completely MADE MY BIRTHDAY! I needed kindness and I needed something to go my way today and this store made a huge impact. I just wanted to say thank you so very much for being kind. You didn’t know what was happening behind the scenes but I’m incredibly grateful.“

“This is one of the better Starbucks that I have been to in wilmington.Definitely the cleaner ones around, none of that nasty you need to clean the coffee maker tastes.The staff is quick and friendly Definitely 5 satrs for service but 3 stars for price.“
