Is the manager anywhere in sight? The cashier taking the orders was on his phone more worried about whoever he was texting. I had to say excuse me to make him look at me to ask a question or to find out if my payment went through. The lady making the drink had no personality and never smiled. And the trash was overflowing onto the counter and floor. Whoever is in charge either doesnt care or is in the office not doing there job. Went today around closing time and was greeted by Priti, which was amazing. She's super receptive, sweet and although there was no more matcha, she still made me a great Mocha! 10/10
