I thought about placing a giant pick up order and never showing, but decided that wasn’t the right thing to do.
So here is some constructive criticism.
Your priority should not be pick up orders. Your priority are the people there at the table waiting to eat in house. Plain Penne pasta should take 3 minutes tops to cook and bring to a table. Not an hour. A salad should take 30 seconds to put together and bring to the table. Not an hour.

I ordered two items. only one item arrived at my house. pretty easy to "not recommend" a place which only sends 50% of an order. And the pizza is "meh", at best.
Ordered pizza 1 hour before picking up got there told it would be another 1 1/2.
Not the same as original owners sorry to see them go.
Won’t be ordering there no more.
