This was a first time experience for the whole family. And it was great. The service was awesome. The young lady who served us made everything so easy. The restaurant was very clean. The food was perfect. Meats were fresh. And the vegetables also. Need to add a lil salt when cooking the steak and other beef. But besides that we made our own sauce and cooked the whole meal. We celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary here and had a great time. Everyone is friendly. And if your not sure of anything, just ask. The staff are very helpful. Gluten free options!Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the buffet is accessible. The cold section has shelves and will need assistance. The cooler with ice cream may be hard to reach down from a chair. Call ahead for table. Cannot sit at end of booths because that’s where the controls are for the table.

My husband and I have been wanting to try hot pot for the longest time and were so excited to hear about Hi Pot. The staff were all so personable and warm, the restaurant was absolutely spotless, and the food was delicious and very fresh. Lots of options to please everyone. I reccomend the butter shrimp, and please try the tiny mushrooms if you get hot pot! We got both the kbbq and hot pot and I would suggest doing the same if it's your first experience.
