My husband and I have been wanting to try hot pot for the longest time and were so excited to hear about Hi Pot. The staff were all so personable and warm, the restaurant was absolutely spotless, and the food was delicious and very fresh. Lots of options to please everyone. I reccomend the butter shrimp, and please try the tiny mushrooms if you get hot pot! We got both the kbbq and hot pot and I would suggest doing the same if it's your first experience. We can not wait to come back again soon.

This was a first time experience for the whole family. And it was great. The service was awesome. The young lady who served us made everything so easy. The restaurant was very clean. The food was perfect. Meats were fresh. And the vegetables also. Need to add a lil salt when cooking the steak and other beef. But besides that we made our own sauce and cooked the whole meal. Kids loved it and so did us adults! Wish we had one close to home because we just happen to be out of town when we discovered this place. When in town again I will definitely be coming back.

We celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary here and had a great time. Everyone is friendly. And if your not sure of anything, just ask. The staff are very helpful. Gluten free options!Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the buffet is accessible. The cold section has shelves and will need assistance. The cooler with ice cream may be hard to reach down from a chair. Call ahead for table. Cannot sit at end of booths because that’s where the controls are for the table.

as soon as walking in we we’re excitedly greeted and welcomed. our server was very attend and polite. she gave a thorough explaination of everything as it was our first time. food was great with an amazing arrangement of options. pork broth hot pot was excellent. Han greeted us as we came in and even came to the table after our meal and had a nice chat with us. very friendly guy and reallu boosted our night. definitely recommend even just for the experience!

I just finished eating here and I had to immediately write a review. Everything was excellent. Me and a few friends decided to try this place after walking around museums and aquariums all day and I can safely say this was the best decision we’ve made. We all got the combination of Korean BBQ and hot pot since it was the most logical of the options. I had the spicy broth and it was one of the best broths I’ve had thus far. All of the meats were well seasoned and the vegetables were fresh. The garlic butter shrimp and the spare rib were the best. I cannot wait to go back. It was worth every penny. If you’re thinking of trying it, stop thinking and do it!

Loved everything, high quality meats, tons of selection, friendly staff. I've been twice already and it's pretty good-However it's like a 3.99$ upcharge for anything other than just water. That racks up the bill if it's more than one person which working in restaurants myself is kind of ridiculous.If you just get water though it's fine. Other than the drink prices everything was great!

The food was bland and low quality for the price. Actually the food was just gross and you have to do all the work! $97 for 2 people to eat is wild! If you come in a party of 6 they will charge you gratuity. $4 for an unsweetened tea, really? Glad we tried something different but this place ain't it.
