Ok...friendly waitstaff, not very attentive. Waited to get carryout box way too long. Check was paid but Noone returned to table to see if we needed carryout. Seated by the kitchen which was noisy and distracting.
I'm particular about pancakes. I do not like guey pancakes. I could not consume my pancakes order. ?I ate the eggs and sausage. My waitress gave me a biscuit. It was good. Thank you for the substitute. I'm generally easy to please but did not care for the pancakes at all.

Stop by this IHOP at first I was kinda are they open we decided to go in WOW how clean and no smell we were greeted by Latoya amazing customer service she made sure everything we ordered was correct. so if you ever in the area stop by ask to be served by her you will see what I’m talking about just awesome! I will definitely come back ?
