I called to place a to order person that picked up was very rude! I was inform they take take out over phone before I could ask anything else she hang up on me! Started to order over app cuz that was fine but was very rude I’ll take my service else visiting from NC never experience service that before she be having a bad day!

This place oh no no no. My family and I just left this place I didn't even eat my food bc every dish they brought me was filthy. I asked my waitress for coffee and she brought me a cup that was clearly not clean. I told her about it and she apologized and brought me out the 2nd cup that was just as dirty as the first one.She didn't even take a second to look in the cup. I had to ask another waitress for a clean cup.After that she took my family and mine orders and brought out all filthy plates. I called the manager over and to let her know and it was like she didn't even care honestly.She did say sorry but it didn't seem sincere bc she never came back out and asked my family and I what could she do to make things better.I lost my appetite and left there very upset.I do not recommend ever going back there. Ever again.

5 mins to sit which was good, but after that 45 min wait for our food then when it was 2 of those items was wrong, never got refill or napkins, ask for straws and a manager and guess what I never seen them! Overall hands down the worst ihop I've been too.
