“I came 7 minutes before closing and the lady was super chill about it. As someone who used to work at a fast food chain, people coming in last minute suck, but she was really nice about it. And then she complimented my bone structure. Threw me off but now my ego is huge, so big thanks to the girl with the eyebrow piercing.“
“This was my first time coming here and I didn't know what kind of iced coffee I really wanted. I just know I wanted it sweet and good. Lol. The service was amazing and friendly. I loved the smiles and felt welcomed. The woman behind the counter did an amazing job picking out one for me that was sooo good. Now I have a fav. 🤤. Thank you for your patience and knowledge.“

“I've been a 30+ years customer. A few times the service was disappointing, but still my go to place; there were 5-6 employees circled up while one employee was hustling. It was busy too. Pulled that employee to the side, commended him on the work he was doing, then tipped him a 20 and told him to keep up the great work.“
“Good service at this Dunkin. There drive thru very busy so i went inside. Inside was very peaceful and I sat there for more then 30 min. The Breakfast sandwich I tried on rye bread was nasty. The bread was horrible, so I ate the bacon and eggs off it. I like there snacking bacon and there tots. Can't go wrong with a donut either.“
“I have been to this location several times and never had a problem. August was not so promising, the 1st and the 3rd my trip contained stale donut holes. They were hard and not very appetizing. I have never had a problem in the past so I don't know why all of a sudden they are throwing in stale donut holes in the orders. I love the staff there - they are so friendly and a joy!! When my order wasn't properly prepped the girl at the window was sure to fill the missing request. Just do better and don't serve stale donut holes from the day before and another tip - let the donut holes cool down first before you dunk them into the glaze. They are more soggy than with a glaze on them. The weather in SC may be hot and muggy but that is no excuse to skip on procedure.“
“I’ve been here over the last 5/6 years always a good experience! I would say the only downfall people complain about is the wait, but they were very very busy inside and out. The front lady was so kind with helping me use my reward and another lady made my boyfriend a cappuccino even tho the machine was taking a while and they were super busy. The staff is friendly and the store is also very clean!“
“Went here this morning and ordered an iced coffee so I could get the coffee mit, they told me they didn’t start handing them out till 10, but the manager, Christy, was kind enough to hold one for me since i was going to be stuck at work. Usually restaurants giving free gifts are very limited on supply and are on a first come first serve basis. So the fact that she set one aside for me so I could get one with my purchase was so wonderful. There needs to be more customer service workers like her.! THANK YOU AGAIN CHRISTY!“
“New to the Market Common area, but not Dunk'n or the exceptional service i seem to find aimlessly at each one I go to here in MB. None the less, the employees that are working here in the morning hours are not only hustling, they are also very up eat and welcoming to customers. Nothing like getting a pick me up smile and greeting before you even place your order.

“Came in on my way to work Thursday morning and boy was I impressed! I walked in and they seemed to be quite busy however the kind and hardworking staff kept the business flowing. I was greeted at the counter by an extremely polite and charismatic young man named Logan. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a Pumpkin spiced latte and only waited about 2-3 minutes for my full order to come out. On my way out the same boy who greeted me told me to have a great day. Great food, Great service.“
