This afternoon, I ordered a large iced coffee with light ice (due to sensitive teeth), extra cream, and extra sugar. It was obvious that the cashier wasn’t payingattention as I ordered, as I had to repeat my order several times to him. Worst run Dunkin I've ever been to. Twice in the last two weeks I've driven up there between 10:00 - 10:30 in the morning and both times they were out of donuts. A few oddball flavored stragglers and that was all. How does a donut shop run out of donuts? IT'S IN YOUR NAME... you may want to keep a few on hand in case someone happens to want some.

They never have anything, and we didn't get what we ordered. The person just threw the bag up on the counter, and we accidentally grabbed the wrong one, but it was the bag in front of us. Person taking orders just wasn't nice or helpful.
