They never have anything, and we didn't get what we ordered. The person just threw the bag up on the counter, and we accidentally grabbed the wrong one, but it was the bag in front of us. Person taking orders just wasn't nice or helpful.

This afternoon, I ordered a large iced coffee with light ice (due to sensitive teeth), extra cream, and extra sugar. It was obvious that the cashier wasn’t payingattention as I ordered, as I had to repeat my order several times to him. I ended up with lots of ice, no extra sugar, and less cream than usually goes into a large iced coffee, according to the manager, when I saw that the tag on the side of the drink that was totally incorrect. The manager did correct the cream, however, the amount of ice and sugar was not corrected. The WiFi also wasn’t working, so I could not use the app. No receipt was offered, nor given out, by the cashier.I go to this DD often in the morning and the service is wonderful, but the service this afternoon was pitiful.

Wow just wow. Had to order my 3 coffees numerous times because they couldn't get it right. Wasn't even a hard order 1 hot coffee with cream and sugar and 2 small vanilla ice coffees. And the whole place was teenagers not one adult but I guess they want that cheap labor.

I bought jelly munchkins yesterday when I went home to eat them they had no jelly. Dunkin is getting really bad. I also saw 2 girls standing there talking not paying attention to me. I finally said are you here to work then she waited on me. I will stop going there.

Went through drive through before work for some hash browns, a croissant and sweet tea. Paid, get food, and everything is cold. Do I go in this time, and tell them my food was ice cold and everyone acted like they couldn’t help me. First time at Dunkin’s and never again. Should have just went to McDonald’s like i do every morning. What a waste of 6 dollars. Literally threw it in the trash on the way out the door. Highly highly upset. ????

Every time I go my coffee tastes different in a bad way. I order the same drinks so know what they’re supposed to taste like. If I customize my drink in any way like getting less syrup shots than automatically given with a drink the baristas never comply. Today my hot coffee was somehow not hot but barely warm. Maybe if corporate didn’t primarily hire teenagers so they can underpay them the service would be better. You never know what you’re going to get at this location
Had an amazing employee help me out and make me a hot chocolate on a cold day and they were so delicious and with whipped cream on

Worst run Dunkin I've ever been to. Twice in the last two weeks I've driven up there between 10:00 - 10:30 in the morning and both times they were out of donuts. A few oddball flavored stragglers and that was all. How does a donut shop run out of donuts? IT'S IN YOUR NAME... you may want to keep a few on hand in case someone happens to want some.

The pumpkin munchkin frozen coffee was disgusting. I don't know who thought of it, but there was a lot wrong with that coffee. The munchkins weren't blended. They stuck in the straw and you got a very soft pumpkin bite with each slurp. I would not recommend this for anyone who likes pumpkin, but pumpkin spice is the best don't drink this, I swear by it do not drink this
