Sadly I doubt the franchise owner knows their employees have no interest in being at work after closing, since this is the 3rd time I've showed up before closing and been refused service because they already cleaned. Love the brand, the service policy needs to change. McDonalds was happy to take my business, though, so they got the extra order for the night.

I would have left but my grandkids wanted ice cream. Saturday afternoon at 6:30, one other customer inside and cars in the drive through. The counters where a mess. I realize it’s young kids working, but they should be expected to clean up as they go. We waited at least 7-8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Excellent service, happy girls working there. They talked to us like they had known us their entire life. Helped making the best decision on ice cream and yes you know it we got donuts ? as well. Great food, great service, clean store, happy people. We had a banana split without the banana due to their's was a little to brown for my liking. The boat was so full of the best syrup, nuts, pineapple, strawberries ?
