I just had the best experience ever on Saturday evening 4/4/2026 at the Broadway at the Beach location. The woman helping me (Kaysheon) couldn’t have been nicer. Both women working were fabulous, helpful and informative when I was flustered ordering for our family of 6! Thanks again, and keep up the work with amazing staff & customer service!
What’s not to recommend, it’s Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Best part is finding your favorite flavors they no longer carry in the store. Coffee Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz!
Thank you to Jessica for the exceptional performance. My son has celiac disease and she went above and beyond to make sure she kept our son safe while making his dessert. Ryan, thanks for teaching your staff about needs for these types of diets. So many places we go don't understand the importance of preventing cross contamination Kudos to you guys, awesome job!!!!

Ben & Jerry's has fantastic ice cream and fast, helpful staff. The shop is clean with enough seating available. Customers enjoy treats like Ultraviolet flavor, salted caramel, chocolate chip cookie dough, half-baked, strawberry cheesecake, cherry garcia, and butter pecan. The staff are young, friendly, and provide great customer service. Ben & Jerry's offers a stand-up cooler with beverages like sodas and waters. The shop has seating areas, including bars with stools inside and tables outside. Overall, Ben & Jerry's is a great place to visit, especially on a hot day or while on vacation in the summer.
