“This Shop is my happy place almost every day! Love the chocolate frosted & maple donuts. Especially ! & the Great always -hot coffee !! Been going there for over 20 years . It keeps getting better ! & -The cheerful, super helpful & Quick staff are always terrific . & It is a very demanding whipping up so many orders so fast . They really make it a happy occurrence. They care about getting stuff right ! I take friends & associates there a lot . The remodel is beautiful - though I was sad about the fewer tables .
I want to name a few for now that make it so
Pleasant: The current manager Cassidy goes above & beyond always & is a real professional & cares about the business . There was previously an ex-military man that was also very proficient . Meghan & Jackie are a dream team & make my favorite hangout A joy to be at in the morning . Whether just the takeout or inside. Both always smiling & personable with high standards of service. They never miss a beat! & are on their best game always . It is truly amazing !! Jeremiah is a summer server on his way to college . The smile !! The charm . He, also though so young, is professional & Caring. Honestly many of the restaurants - even high priced here - are short on excellent servers . It is very disappointing. Being at this Dunkin so often I see the team delivers the same level of friendly, caring FAST service consistently to all customers . Will have to add more names to another post - like Zane &

“They are associated with the college, so you cannot order on the app, use gift cards, or gain points at this location but the convenience for students being next to the parking deck and down the street from the dorms means this is the perfect place to grab a coffee on the way to class or to study. I found this place fantastic, the staff was beyond excellent. They have a decent selection of doughnuts and all your favorite and seasonal coffee beverages. Inside and outside seating was comfortable and convenient.“

“Stopped in a few days ago for a quick coffee before my nail appointment but ended up getting the best experience at a Dunkin. Greeted with a hello at the door and even nicer employee Taylor who took my order. I was indecisive between drinks because of the sugar content but she was considerate to suggest a drink and it was great! I hope more people are like Taylor in the service industry because you never know how a smile and great interaction mean to people. Thanks Taylor and God bless!!“

“I have been coming to this place every morning for years they know my order by my voice, They’re always so friendly and by the time I get to the window my coffee is ready and I’m ready to roll!! “Plenty of parking; it's very interesting to see a bank get remodeled into a dunkin, but it's cool! I didnt have time to go inside though! I didn't get food, but I got my regular drink and it was SO delicious!😁 I always get really nervous going to dunkin locations that I've never been to before, but I was very happy with the phenomenal service from Hannah! You're so amazing and sweet! I hope you know that you brighten everyone's day and make the world a better place!💖 Please don't let anyone dim your light or make you feel like you have to change! “Love the employees and they’re great but pleaseeee just melt the cheese in the breakfast sandwiches. It’s never melted and it’s always cold cheese. I asked for extra toasted to try and fix it but they just double toasted the bagel and then put the cold cheese in it. Like bro come on. Overly played in my face 💔“

“I wanted to change my review. I did have a bad experience with them at first, but it was also my fault but I have now apologized and so has the manager and we have started the new year outright. I go here every morning they make the best signature latte cookie Drink Ever, I literally go every morning. They are the only ones that make it so good. So give this place a try they’re great“
