Dunkin' Donuts in Wilmington

“I went in yesterday morning to get a 6 count of donuts and was suprised with the BEST dunkin staff I’ve ever encountered. Every employee was tea. They even helped me out and made SURE I got a chocolate covered sprinkle donut even though they were out when I got there! Plus I got a tote bag LITTTTTT AFF.“

“They are associated with the college, so you cannot order on the app, use gift cards, or gain points at this location but the convenience for students being next to the parking deck and down the street from the dorms means this is the perfect place to grab a coffee on the way to class or to study. I found this place fantastic, the staff was beyond excellent. They have a decent selection of doughnuts and all your favorite and seasonal coffee beverages. Inside and outside seating was comfortable and convenient.“

“There is a wonderful lady at this particular location that is AMAZING!! Her name is Bree/Bri (I am not certain on the spelling) I believe she is a supervisor and she is genuinely, incredible! She has always gone out of her way to be so kind, and above and beyond. She sees me semi regularly and she makes a point to be extra kind to my dogs and remember who we are. I work at a corp coffee company and I have to say I understand having a smile every day is hard, but she absolutely does it!
She deserves all the recognition for how awesome she is. I love this location because the team is so wonderful. Thank you so much to her and the others for always delivering an amazing experience for me and dogs!“

“The food, drinks, and staff were amazing. But the Music needs to be changed it only plays 4 songs, but skips majority of the song, and constantly does this over and over making it extremely hard to focus during my time here. It's driving me insane!!“

“Plenty of parking; it's very interesting to see a bank get remodeled into a dunkin, but it's cool! I didnt have time to go inside though! I didn't get food, but I got my regular drink and it was SO delicious!😁 I always get really nervous going to dunkin locations that I've never been to before, but I was very happy with the phenomenal service from Hannah! You're so amazing and sweet! I hope you know that you brighten everyone's day and make the world a better place!💖 Please don't let anyone dim your light or make you feel like you have to change! “Love the employees and they’re great but pleaseeee just melt the cheese in the breakfast sandwiches. It’s never melted and it’s always cold cheese. I asked for extra toasted to try and fix it but they just double toasted the bagel and then put the cold cheese in it. Like bro come on. Overly played in my face 💔“

Her customer service skills were top-notch, and even though I had a few questions, she handled them with a smile. On top of that, my order was prepared quickly and perfectly. “Stopped before my flight for a pick me up. The man and woman working today around
1:30pm were very helpful! I was a little indecisive and she offered a few suggestions. The coffee I got tasted great and she added the marshmallow foam on top. Yum!;8“
