“Had about 20 or 30 people who came in at the same time as well as multiple online orders, but staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. Whenever customers came back with an issue, it was rapidly addressed. They handled a lot of orders very effectively even when most people would become overwhelmed.“

“So I went to Dunkin' Donuts today to get a shaken espresso, the brown sugar oh my gosh it's on point. I read all the reviews. I don't know because I haven't been going lately but so far the customer service is fine. The donuts are good. The best like I said my shaken espresso was the best the best. “I gotta go five stars here. I went for a biscoff milkshake and it was fire not gonna lie and I rarely go to coffee shops but man I guess I was wrong😂. The atmosphere seemed very poised for an establishment with a long line moving swiftly at that. That is until I got to the windows next. It was taking a while to get my shake and I wasn't tripping but was about to ask if everything was okay. I watched a worker pour the shake out 2 to 3 times. When yunity* came to the windows she apologized for the delays letting me know she remade the shake twice but the consistency wasn't up to dunkin standard it was very runny. So once she got the machine squared away she upgraded me to a large for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the exemplary service yunity! I also appreciate the rest of your crew for working so dilligently yesterday in the face of adversity. Your dedication shouldn't go unnoticed. I see what others have said in the past about consistency and dont take away from anyone's experience but your willingness to rectify and provide service beyond what most do is admirable yunity💪🏾 keep doing exactly what your doing and blessings will fall your way!“
