“I went through the drive thru last night for a hot cocoa. I thought I handed the lady a $5 bill. When she gave me $5 back I was confused thinking she gave it to me on Accident and not wanting her register to be short I returned it to her only taking the change. Only to realize that I accidentally handed her a $50 bill and once I noticed they were already closed. I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of integrity and the fact that she essentially stole from me. $50 for one hot cocoa is wilddddd.
Edit : the manager Abby handled the situation promptly and returned my money to me. Very greatful for the great management!“
“I went to this location with my daughter for breakfast. Lorin and Kaitlyn took our order and greeted us with smiles and respect. Bri made my bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The bacon was crispy, the croissant was very buttery and flakey, it was hot and delicious! My daughter has a chocolate sprinkle donut that was soft and tasted great!
This location was very clean, the staff was awesome even though they were super busy, and all the food was fresh and tasty.“
“I love Dunkin since I lived in Jersey. I love the Dunkin on Capital and Durant. This Dunkin is the worse establishment. Extremely juvenile and unprofessional. From employees to management. I’ll spend the extra at Black & White or WF Coffee Company for better coffee and a better human experience.“
