“I didn't check the reviews before I stopped in for a box of Joe. I used the drive thru and the employee seemed friendly and helpful. I paid and then I was asked to pull into the parking lot. It was a weekday morning and they seemed busy so I didn't mind pulling into the parking lot. I only waited a couple of minutes and someone came right out with the box of Joe along with an extra box filled with the coffee essentials. The coffee tasted great and I am definitely planning to use the drive thru again.“
“These ladies at this store rock it out every day! I see them working so hard, as I'm sure they are understaffed. My order is perfect every time I come in to pick it up. Yes, sometimes I have to wait, but you'd understand too when you see the long drive thru line, pick up orders coming in and being printed off by the foot, and a line in the lobby with only 3 staff members! It's not a poor reflection on the staff, as they are hustling as quickly as they can. They are courteous and kind. Thank you!“

“I was in the mood for a matcha latte, so decided to jog up to Dunkin from my Dad's house. This Dunkin was dead and had no customers, but it was very clean and nice. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and professional. She took my order with grace and elegance and did an excellent job making my matcha latte the way I wanted it to be. I also purchased a couple donuts for my Dad and I. Needless to say, this was a good experience, and I was happy with the customer service I received. Dunkin is a great place and I love the matcha latte! I was happy and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great Dunkin!“
“I don’t know what it is that makes it so, whether it be an excellent hiring process, great training, or a good working environment, but there is something extraordinary about this dunks location. I have been a customer of this location for years and the staff is always amazing. The food is always made right and fresh but even if it wasn’t I would eat whatever they delivered with a smile because of the way I am treated each time I stop by. Every person that I encounter at this location is so genuinely kind to me. This store stands apart from other Dunkin’ locations (or really any customer oriented establishment of the like) in terms of customer engagement.“
