Everytime, I order here from the drive thru they always give me the wrong items. This last time, I ordered a glazed donut and they gave me a blueberry donut. Before, that I ordered a butter bagel and they gave me a bagel with cream cheese after asking me if I said cream cheese or butter. I believe it is the same person messing up my order. I was going to make her correct the order, but my son said no big deal and since, he was paying for the order I didn't make the young lady...read full review
Drive thru is always a go to in the morning. First we must coffee. The staff at this store is always so kind and attentive.
I wanted 1 sugar in my coffee, When It cooled enough to take first sip I could chew the sugar there was so much in there. Hasbrown cool and not crispy. Not the first time ive been dissatisfied at this location.

The food, including the Boston Creme, is decent and of good quality. Customers often receive unexpected perks, such as free donuts, thanks to the staff's generosity. Many customers appreciate the consistent quality of the coffee, which often tastes correct, even if they travel a long distance to visit this location. Regina is recognized for her exceptional customer service, always being kind and going above and beyond to satisfy customers, such as offering to make and deliver muffins when they're out. However, some recent experiences have highlighted areas for improvement, especially regarding customer service. A female supervisor was seen to be annoyed when asked for whipped cream on a Peppermint Mocha, and her response was less than professional. Despite this, overall, the location maintains a good reputation, and management’s efforts could help address these issues to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
