Dunkin' Donuts in Burlington

“This Dunks was a little ways out from where I am but let me tell you, they were on point. As a drive-thru, they were patient, understood everything we ordered, and were quick.
Compared to the one closer to me, which has a sit in option, this one is worth the drive. I didn't have to repeat my order 4 times and still get the wrong order. They were a little confused when I asked if they accepted tips (some sites don't) but i gladly tipped. Good job 👏 From a Bostonian, you made my day completely“

“Took my daughters here for our first visit together to a Dunkin and we were impressed! From the customer service, to the drinks, it was great! We were greeted right when we walked in. We noticed a pristine clean store. We ordered our drinks and even asked advice of the amazing baristas. They made our drinks with so much love and made us feel like family when they served us at our table. They greeted us with smiles and so much enthusiasm. It was super cute! Thanks Tyler & Hannah! They also remembered our order when we had to go back and ask them what those amazing drinks were! That’s service!“
