“Just wanna say i have been having a long day already! when i say this sweet women she’s so small & seems to love her job. i ordered an drink ( the wrong way ) i got easily frustrated with her. she apologized & corrected me asking was the drink i wanted was such & such. & YES IT WAS.. she gave me an extra donut as well for “ the hard time “ & i felt like i gave that young lady an hard time. so i want to say THANK YOU publicly!! your customer service is amazing. i also got her name sorry if (misspelled) PARES“
“Manager is very kind! I picked order four hours late as I got stuck at work. She offered to remake whole order! But I was running late so I was fine with the food,she gave me new drink. Manager made sure to treat her clients like a family! Thank you for your kindness!“
“The customer service is always nice here and they move pretty quickly as well. Of the Dunkin Donuts locations in the area this is most likely the best one I'm not a really big fan of Dunkin' Donuts customer service. I found out recently that they make their donuts in house at this location. I'm wondering if all Dunkin' Donuts do because of all the locations I've been to this is the only one that doesn't have dry stale Donuts.“
“It was a little tricky to get to. But once inside, we were greeted by the workers (plural) even though they were busy helping other customers. They were so nice. They didn't know this was my last treat before a heart procedure so their kindness was above and beyond. They even threw in an extra donut. Thank you soooo much.“
“This is the BEST Dunkin. I’ve been to many in my time but the service at this Dunkin is unmatched. They go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied and they’re always super kind. I cannot recommend it enough all of my best Dunkin experiences have been at this location.“
