Dunkin' Donuts in Durham

“Just wanna say i have been having a long day already! when i say this sweet women she’s so small & seems to love her job. i ordered an drink ( the wrong way ) i got easily frustrated with her. she apologized & corrected me asking was the drink i wanted was such & such. & YES IT WAS.. she gave me an extra donut as well for “ the hard time “ & i felt like i gave that young lady an hard time. so i want to say THANK YOU publicly!! your customer service is amazing. i also got her name sorry if (misspelled) PARES“

“This is the BEST Dunkin. I’ve been to many in my time but the service at this Dunkin is unmatched. They go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied and they’re always super kind. I cannot recommend it enough all of my best Dunkin experiences have been at this location.“

“It was a little tricky to get to. But once inside, we were greeted by the workers (plural) even though they were busy helping other customers. They were so nice. They didn't know this was my last treat before a heart procedure so their kindness was above and beyond. They even threw in an extra donut. Thank you soooo much.“

“My 1st time at this location, went around 2:30pm on Friday and the drive thru was pretty quick..young lady at the window was very friendly & professional with me. My blueberry & butter pecan iced matcha was made perfectly 👌🏽, was kinda nervous because I usually get my matcha from Starbucks..but I'll be honest, Dunkin tasted so much better 😋. My only issue is there were alot of homeless people walking up to the cars in drive thru, like literally knocking on my window & there's nowhere for you to go in that drive thru, you're basically stuck and that made me very uncomfortable.“

“From up north there is a lot of them Dunkin Donuts but down here omg I think this is the only one !!!! I see their are like 2 that our ½ ⛽gas ½ D&D but you got only a few selections of donuts glaze chocolate glaze Boston cream jelly and like one special one once in awhile and Munchkins there's only blueberry chocolate or glaze but a big Dunkin Donuts and all of the kinds you could get and coffee“

“The coffee is 100% consistent and BETTER than if you bought it from one of the free standing stores. It can be frustrating because they hide the straws behind the counter and they occasionally run out of stuff. Blow it off as life happens the consistent production of the coffee day after day IS WORTH IT. PLUS bring the cup back, get it refilled save money, earn points get free coffee. The refills are LESS than half the price.“
