“I stopped by Dunkin around 9:45 AM on a Sunday morning. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, but I had already placed my order through the Dunkin app and went inside to pick it up.
The restaurant was busy inside as well. It appeared that most customers were placing orders through the self-service kiosks rather than with a cashier. The employees all seemed focused and busy keeping up with the morning rush. Because of the kiosk ordering system and the layout of the preparation area, there wasn't much interaction between staff and customers. That's not necessarily a negative, but I personally appreciate some level of employee-customer interaction, even at a fast-food restaurant, as it helps create a more welcoming experience and makes me more likely to return.
One area that could use improvement is the mobile order pickup area. This Dunkin also shares space with Baskin-Robbins, and the pickup location is tucked into a corner where the two counters meet. Since the restaurant was busy, there were several people waiting for orders, and I had to weave through other customers just to check whether my order was ready. A more dedicated or spacious pickup area would make it easier for mobile order customers to grab their orders and go. I did notice that food delivery drivers had a separate pickup area, which seemed to work very well.
Service was relatively quick considering how busy the location was. My coffee was hot, my order was correct, and everything was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant wasn't spotless, but it appeared clean overall.
Overall, this was a solid experience at this Raleigh Dunkin location. The app ordering process worked well, the coffee was prepared correctly, and the staff kept things moving during a busy Sunday morning rush. I would stop here again if I was in the area and wanted a coffee, although it wouldn't be a Dunkin location I would go out of my way to visit.“
“I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’ location and really wanted to highlight the amazing customer service. Christian, who helped me at the drive-thru, was incredibly kind and helpful!! I had placed a mobile order, and when I got to the window, they didn’t have one of the items I ordered. Instead of just brushing it off, he went out of his way to help me find a good substitution and made sure I was happy with it.
He was very polite, welcoming, and just genuinely sweet. You can tell he really cares about customers having a good experience. He even told me about the fruit punch flavor Dunkin’ offers for donuts, which I had never heard of before, and offered to let me try it! that really stood out to me!
There was also another worker at the window who was just as friendly and engaging, even though I didn’t catch his name. The energy between them both made the whole experience feel warm, fun, and welcoming.
Honestly, not every Dunkin’ location has this level of service, and I think it says a lot about the people working here. Employees like Christian truly make a difference, and I hope Dunkin’ continues to hire and recognize people like him!!“
“This is the best Dunkin you can go to. Every time I walk in they always greet me and are welcoming, and all of the coworkers seem to get along well and work together. Positive Attitudes throughout the store. When I came last Sunday it looked like they hired some teenagers too who are very funny and mature. No complaints!“
“Y’all!!! Im have been going to this Dunkin for years…. every single day! They have stepped up the customer service and have a timely drive thru! They are doing great and the crew is great to talk to! I go here every single day and sometimes twice a day and love that my coffee order is memorized (not that i expect it) and nailed every time! “I really can't rate the atmosphere because I go through the drive-thru. But just like everything else, the prices are going up and it's going to be too expensive for me to go everyday anymore. I don't have my own coffee pot now. I guess we're going to have to break bad and buy one“
“Good morning, I know this store has some mixed reviews. I cant speak for everyone but every time I visit just like 30 mins ago its always the same happy faces. Ordered cold brew, bacon & cheese and egg sandwiches. The guy , blue shirt manager and the other guy was so pleasant as they are always smiling. I like the kool-aid guy manager he reminds me of back in the day kool-aid commercial. He and the staff is very helpful and the employees get my orders out hot & fast. I randomly go inside but when I do its pretty clean. Food is good but has had my days like any place of food service. I can say drive thru moves faster than your average. Overall, 8.1and with new management its the reason for the up score . The two this morning were truly amazing with no help“

“The service is exceptional. Even when I request fresh brewed coffee later in the day or make other specific requests, they do not blink and handle it professionally every time.
If you visit during Valentine’s season, the Brownie Batter Donuts are worth trying. They tend to sell out quickly, which speaks for itself.“
“This dunkin is THE BEST!!!! I go to this dunkin every single day of my life, every single morning before work & on the weekends!! The manager and everyone who works here are BEYOND amazing, they greet me like family every time i walk in & i honestly feel like they’re family at this point. They make my mornings so special! I would NOT go to any other Dunkin other than this one. The manager is ALWAYS on it, always making sure her customers are happy & taken care of.
