Dunkin' Donuts in Raleigh

“Went in and got 2 scoops of ice cream. They had a new flavor and allowed me to try first. The ice cream was good. I noticed that they even had a dairy free cookies and cream. My boyfriend got a milkshake and it was terrible. Not enough ice cream, too much milk...idk..probably both. it was thin and liquidy. Young man behind the counter made another one for us but it was exactly the same. I'm unsure if maybe he just needed some proper milk shake training or if that's the brand standard but I have a strong feeling that it's probably the former in which case it should be easily remedied.“

“This dunkin is THE BEST!!!! I go to this dunkin every single day of my life, every single morning before work & on the weekends!! The manager and everyone who works here are BEYOND amazing, they greet me like family every time i walk in & i honestly feel like they’re family at this point. They make my mornings so special! I would NOT go to any other Dunkin other than this one. The manager is ALWAYS on it, always making sure her customers are happy & taken care of. This dunkin needs more praise & so do the workers!!!! 10000000/10. If anyone has ever given this place or the workers here a negative review, it’s not true!!!!“

“I knew this place was going to bussin when the drive thru was way out in the street, they was out of my fav dunkalatte so I had settled for a banana shaken expresso and black pepper bacon … now chile when I tell u I want black pepper brown sugar bacon this is what I want had the perfect amount of both on the bacon the bacon was crispy and crunchy now they was also outta straws (but bay- bayyyy that bacon hit the spot and was soooooo goood !!! ) when I say it’s ok it’s cause the service was excellent,nice and super fast I don’t mind I get it things happen and cause of good communication,a nice cheerful person at the window those things don’t matter ! No photos cause ima big back and I ate that pack of deliciousness that was coated perfectly in seasonings ☺️“

“Love coming here. Coming to this location brings me so much joy the staff is amazing. They always get my order right they know exactly who I am. They’re just always so amazing and always insure to give great customer service and then you have An amazing store manager Taylor who goes above and beyond for her customers This woman is truly amazing. My favorite place to come in all of North Carolina is to this store location with the team that they have. if I could give 10 stars or more I most definitely Would. Love my Dunkin family!!!!“

“I really can't rate the atmosphere because I go through the drive-thru. But just like everything else, the prices are going up and it's going to be too expensive for me to go everyday anymore. I don't have my own coffee pot now. I guess we're going to have to break bad and buy one“

“Good morning, I know this store has some mixed reviews. I cant speak for everyone but every time I visit just like 30 mins ago its always the same happy faces. Ordered cold brew, bacon & cheese and egg sandwiches. The guy , blue shirt manager and the other guy was so pleasant as they are always smiling. I like the kool-aid guy manager he reminds me of back in the day kool-aid commercial. He and the staff is very helpful and the employees get my orders out hot & fast. I randomly go inside but when I do its pretty clean. Food is good but has had my days like any place of food service. I can say drive thru moves faster than your average. Overall, 8.1and with new management its the reason for the up score . The two this morning were truly amazing with no help“

If you visit during Valentine’s season, the Brownie Batter Donuts are worth trying. They tend to sell out quickly, which speaks for itself.“
