The service was great. The cashier was patient with the kids choosing their doughnuts. The doughnuts were fresh and delicious.
We pass by this Dunkin on our way to church. I use my mobile app to place the order. I always end up with something missing in my order and us having to turn around and going back. I simply do not understand why they cannot improve their system so that this does not keep happening. And the cost of their food and drinks are not cheap enough for me to not care about missing items in my order.
Coffee is always good. Tried the Avocado toast this morning. OK at best. The doughnuts looked delicious though.

Dunkin' located near the corner of Capitol Blvd and Perry Creek Road is known for its fast service and consistent food quality. The facility is very nice and clean, with foods and drinks organized, making it appealing to customers. The staff is friendly and helpful, always on their A-game. However, there have been issues with the drive-in menu's lighting, making it difficult to read. Despite a mix-up with orders twice, the staff quickly resolved the issue. Some customers have experienced disappointment in not being able to purchase banana bread on multiple occasions, but appreciated the free banana bread they received as a gesture of goodwill. While there was a comment about the coffee not being great on one visit, another customer noted that it improved on their return.
