My 1st time at this location, went around 2:30pm on Friday and the drive thru was pretty quick..young lady at the window was very friendly & professional with me. My blueberry & butter pecan iced matcha was made perfectly 👌🏽, was kinda nervous because I usually get my matcha from Starbucks..but I'll be honest, Dunkin tasted so much better 😋. Soon as I pulled to the speaker I asked could I have a quick sec to look at the menu. The person talking the order proceeded to tell me they were on a timer and I needed to hurry up. I’ve worked at multiple fast food restaurants. Even a Dunkin. I totally understand drive thru time but I feel that was very unprofessional. Also I was the only person in line.
