Had to leave without my food after ordering online. The drive thru line was long and never moved the entire time I was there. Two other vehicles behind me also left.
man this store is so incompetently run its almost laughable. waited 15 mins in the drive thru, girl hands me my food, its the wrong order. i wait another 10 minutes and i get order like half right but im too tired to say anything. also they have half the inventory they claim on the menu. also while i was ordering the worker did not give vocal feedback in the drive thru, making awkward pauses where i wasnt even sure if she could hear me. given my inaccurate order, i bet she couldnt
Got to the drive thru line at 7:03AM, got trapped in the back and couldn’t exit. Ended up making it to the clearing at 7:35AM with two cars still ahead of me. Now will be late to work. This Dunkin needs to do a better job at not only service but entry and exit ways for the drive thru. I have also had my order made wrong multiple times at this location.
