HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will make sure I tell all of my clients, family and friends in Cary to no longer frequent this establishment. I asked in advance when placing my order for my drink to made a specific way and the girl taking the order seemed to have an issue with it. I told her it was ok and that I would taste it at the window to see if it needed to be fixed. I placed my order online 15 minutes ago. I arrived and my order wasn’t ready. I’m now at the cashier but I’ve been standing here for close to 10 minutes. As the employee grabbed a donut, I tried to flag them down but was given the non-verbal pointer finger signaling to me to wait a minute.I’ve been at this location a few times. This DD is always extremely slow. If if there's only 1 car in the drive-thru. I don't recommend stopping if you're in a rush, and be sure to give yourself an addition 10/15 minutes.Most of the folks who have helped me have been very kind and friendly.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and they are able to accommodate.
