Very poor customer service. I raised my hand to get attention at self check out around 9pm. The lady with long braided hair at the customer service kept talking to another employee so I waved my hand...And she finally looked at me and said " Yeeees I am coming!!!" I said "I didn't know if you saw me..." And she said "of course I saw you!! because you were waving like this!!! (Copying my hand movements). Unbelievable...
I took my Dad grocery shopping here at Harris Teeter and was very impressed with the store. The store is clean and kept up very well! The selection of products was excellent and the produce looked amazing. There was only one case register opened it appears and even self-checkout was closed, so that is the only negative aspect of this grocery store.
