Go to any other Starbucks. I was the only person there with two baristas and it still took 10+ minutes to get my drinks. They were goofing off and laughing, which would be fine if they were also working. They weren't.

Very poor customer service. I raised my hand to get attention at self check out around 9pm. The lady with long braided hair at the customer service kept talking to another employee so I waved my hand...And she finally looked at me and said " Yeeees I am coming!!!" I said "I didn't know if you saw me..." And she said "of course I saw you!! because you were waving like this!!! (Copying my hand movements). Unbelievable...

I took my Dad grocery shopping here at Harris Teeter and was very impressed with the store. The store is clean and kept up very well! The selection of products was excellent and the produce looked amazing. There was only one case register opened it appears and even self-checkout was closed, so that is the only negative aspect of this grocery store. Other than that, the prices are reasonable and Amazing. If I lived in Cary, I would make this my regular grocery store, because it is convenient and you save money as well. Two things that go together very well like cake and ice cream!

I was having a ugly cry type day .I told Gianna (the young lady at the counter) to make me something that would lift my spirit due to having a bad day .She made me a strawberry drink with foam on top and it was exactly what I needed !Thank you so much <3
Went to Starbucks inside of the Harris Teeter wasn't expecting much and boy that was wrong I was pleasantly surprised at what I saw and what I got only wished I live near there so i could go there every day and get the same experience I am really happy. Sometimes I do wish I was still young and could just sip coffee and chill all day going there reminded me of my desire to be young again

I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew. I noticed the cream wasn’t pumpkin cream and I specifically asked if it was the pumpkin cream as it didn’t look like it was. The man assured me it was and once I drank it I knew it was not. I would expect more from this location.
