Looks like a nice spot but I ordered a coolatta and all I got was pink ice. Do better for a 6 dollar drink I expected more tan that.

This DD is always extremely slow. If if there's only 1 car in the drive-thru. I don't recommend stopping if you're in a rush, and be sure to give yourself an addition 10/15 minutes.Most of the folks who have helped me have been very kind and friendly.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and they are able to accommodate.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will make sure I tell all of my clients, family and friends in Cary to no longer frequent this establishment. I asked in advance when placing my order for my drink to made a specific way and the girl taking the order seemed to have an issue with it. I told her it was ok and that I would taste it at the window to see if it needed to be fixed. My drink was terrible and I went inside to have it fixed, the young lady at the counter was super understanding and great until a young girl with blonde hair decided to come up and intervene. I told her that my drink was watered down and that I would like to have it fixed to which she told me “it was because of the light ice I requested in the drink” (no problem there I can understand that) however I mentioned in advance that I wanted it fixed a certain way and I’ve NEVER had a problem at this location until her. She proceeded to tell me that she would fix it “this time” but next time she’s not doing it. That’s when my problem began, I don’t understand how an employee can have the confidence she has to tell a PAYING customer that she is not going to give them what they are using their money on to support the business that pays their check. She was extremely rude and wanted to hand me my drink back because I stated to her that even if I came back the next day if my drink was not right I would have them fix it again. She then told me that she wouldn’t help me if I came back there and honestly it was giving the feeling of racism by the way she talked to me and treated me. I told her I was going to call corporate and she told me to go right ahead because she didn’t care as if she knew there would be no consequences to her nasty behavior.

I placed my order online 15 minutes ago. I arrived and my order wasn’t ready. I’m now at the cashier but I’ve been standing here for close to 10 minutes. As the employee grabbed a donut, I tried to flag them down but was given the non-verbal pointer finger signaling to me to wait a minute.I’ve been at this location a few times. Each time only 1-2 ppl were working. One time around lunchtime when I tried to pick up my mobile order inside, the front door was locked and I was instructed to go around.This location is making the Dunkin’ brand look really bad.

Slowest place ever. 4 cars in line and waited 15The food trays were not ready for am people for food. So it's make the food as you go. Ordered English muffin bacon egg and cheese. It was cold. English muffin i donut was even cooked. Get your stuff together !!!!

I stopped by this establishment to get a sandwich and some doughnuts. There was a customer ahead of me, so I waited in line behind him. He had a large order, so i understood the wait. There were 3 employees in the store.. no one acknowledged me, nor did anyone say that they would be right with me. After the customer that was in front of me left. I just stood there while one employee got the spelling of another employee's name...silence..still no acknowledgment... I left. Needless to say that I will never frequent this particular Dunkin store again. Horrible customer service. Train your people.

Got a coffee this AM. Cream tastes expired. Called the store. The phone number is disconnected. Called the feedback number on the receipt. Mailbox is full. What a waste of time and money. Avoid this location. They obviously can not figure out customer service.

Infuriating experience! I placed an order for coffee and donuts in the app 45 minutes ahead of an extremely important business meeting. The app said it was being prepared and then said my order (coffee and donuts for 12 people) was ready. Upon arrival nothing was ready. Manager claimed he had not received the order and refused to start preparing said order until he received payment THAT I ALREADY PAID! I showed him my phone where the app and my emails clearly indicated I had already paid! I requested the order be cancelled and refunded so I could place a new order in person, even though I was now going to be late for my meeting. Manager claimed I would have to contact customer service for a refund. Dude was extremely rude not only to me but also to the employees trying to help. I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future. How in the world Dunkin corporate is ok with a franchisee operating with this level of bafoonery is beyond me.

Came to this area on vacation. I’m from Boston. I know Dunkin Donuts is our religion up north, but every Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to in this area is an abomination to the brand. They have no idea what you mean when you ask for a basic coffee. The coffee is bad, they simply don’t understand how it’s supposed to taste or look. If you are going to open a Dunkin’ Donuts, please learn how to make it properly and train people to do so.
