Always get great service here!! :)
I have come to this one for a few years, but I came today and the payment exchange was awkward. I usually just give them my card, but now, they hold the screen outside and you can barely see it. I had to take off my glasses to try and see it and it was asking for tips in the drive thru. I'll tip people when I sit in a restaurant and sometimes at a counter I'll throw a buck in the tip jar, but this is getting out of hand. Been to many Dunkin Donuts and this by far has to be the worst. Even with 1-2 cars in the drive through, it takes them 20-30 minutes to make a drink. Most of the time they don’t even have food and don’t know how to refund you so if you pay ahead of time you are just out that money and will not get refunded.
