“I want to thank Felicia for making me a large frozen caramel cream coffee. Not only was she a ray of sunshine through the speaker, but she listened and suggested the perfect frozen treat to perk me up after a long day. She was positive and kind with a smile that could power the sun. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman at the drive though with the velvety voice, but he was equally awesome. My sister from Orlando was on the phone listening and she commented that we have the most courteous and helpful Dunkin she’s ever experienced. “I’ve always received poor customer service and rudeness at this store but over the past few weeks, they have had major positive changes. Everyone has been so kind and polite. The store has been clean and tidy! I asked the sweet girl at the window could I speak to her manager to give her a compliment. The manager said he is new to the store. He was just as kind and professional. Keep up the great work!“
