Dunkin' Donuts in Greenville

“I’m not sure why the rating is so low but I just moved to Greenville a few months ago and this location / by far has been the best experience yet . I will drive 30 mins to this location if I have to because of this service and how well the food is made . I have NEVER had a horrible experience here ever visit has been a 10/10 . My order is always right and event if something is missing the employee would fix it with no notice nor attitude!! CFA has nothing on you all !“

“What I love about this dunkin is the customer service is a breath of fresh air, the fast food joints around here are horrible, they act like they dont want you there. But, this dunkin everyone is always friendly and serve good product, the girl who took my order today was outgoing and smiled, i love that!“

“We came to Dunkin to get a valentines munchkin tin and brownie batter donuts. The service in the Dunkin was fabulous the employees were very nice and energetic despite it being 6:30 in the morning! And one of the employees ran out to stop us before we drove away with our brownie batter donuts of the roof of our car! Impeccable service and fantastic save!! 🫶“

The donuts are classic and delicious — the Boston Kreme and Glazed are my go-tos, but they’re all great. The service is friendly and fast, even during busy mornings. It’s clear the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly.

Plus, the rewards program is a nice bonus. It actually feels like you're getting something back for your loyalty.
