“We ordered at one of the screens- our donuts came out quickly, followed by one of four drinks. Then we had to wait around 10(ish) minutes for the next three, two of which were the wrong drinks. One of the workers brushed it off when asked about it, which left us stumped. I don’t like talking negatively about service because I know how stressful it can be and the other two drinks were made well, it just took a bit of time.
The worker who was wearing the face mask, who I think said he was the cook (he said he usually did not make drinks) was great! If I could give him five stars I would. He was lovely, remaking our two drinks, giving us bigger sizes and then on top of this, giving us a bag of donuts to apologise for the wait time and inconvenience. He didn’t have to, but he did and I really want to say thank you to him. His kindness was really appreciated, even if I didn’t mind the wait!
The donuts and drinks were yum!“
“These ladies are working the dream team! They had my wife and I’s coffee done and in front of us before my wife even finished ordering! Great coffees too, all mixed up for us , super clean and super quick! Wish we had more Dunkin’s like this!!!!“
