“Drive through design at this location was very poorly thought out. Staff is friendly and efficient. However, the consistency of my coffee order varies from bitter one day to just right on another. I suggest having sugar/creamer packets in your vehicle to compensate if you use the drive through unless you only like your coffee black.“
“Haven't been here in several months due to past bad experiences, but WOW, apparently they have new management and really WOW she was great! They were out of my favorite donut (french cruller) so I got a boston creme instead, the manager not only apologized sincerely, but gave me a 2nd donut AND upgraded my coffee size for free! Store employees were actually smiling for a change and nice! The store has done a full 180 from the past 2 years, will be coming back soon!“
“I have been all over the U.S. and this Dunkin Donuts is hands down the BEST one I have ever had the pleasure of going to. They are always consistent with their products, are always so friendly, and very helpful when I'm indecisive on trying new things. The banana pudding latte with the cold foam is superior but anything they have made me has been 10/10 and always consistent! I wish they had more locations that are like this one because most other locations I have been to are hit and miss, so I couldnt couldnt help but express what makes this location an absolute a gem!“
