Wait time and service are horrible, new crew has no clue what they’re doing.
Haven't been here in several months due to past bad experiences, but WOW, apparently they have new management and really WOW she was great! They were out of my favorite donut (french cruller) so I got a boston creme instead, the manager not only apologized sincerely, but gave me a 2nd donut AND upgraded my coffee size for free! Store employees were actually smiling for a change and nice! The store has done a full 180 from the past 2 years, will be coming back soon!
I've stopped here twice this week. Extremely fast, always on point, and my order is right everytime. Service is amazing as well

Dunkin' is a mixed bag. Some customers have had pleasant experiences, enjoying drinks and donuts. The staff are often amazing, providing quick and efficient service. However, others have been disappointed by incorrect orders, such as receiving cream-filled donuts when vanilla frosted sprinkles were requested. There have also been issues with food preparation, including a toasted English muffin that was only warmed and lacked crunch. While the service is friendly and fast-paced, some customers have faced problems with the quality of the food, like a sourdough breakfast sandwich that had only one piece of bacon. Additionally, there have been times when the egg white omelet bites were unavailable, and customers received omelets with bacon bits instead. Some have noted a lack of plastic forks, making it difficult to eat certain meals. Overall, a few employees should work on improving customer service skills, being friendly and kind. Parking at this location shouldn't be a problem.
