“I've been dining at both restaurants for years and enjoyed myself ,the food , and the staff! The food and sides at Morehead have a better flavor, taste better ,and the portions are much bigger. I ve notice that recently on my last couple times that the sides are much better at both restaurants. The mash potatoes in Morehead are so delicious. I wish that was the same case at the emerald isle restaurant. The Cole slaw is the best that I have taste recently. I swear if the food was as good as the sides have been lately I wouldn't eat anywhere else. SNAPPPERZ KEEP IT UP!”

“Taste of napoli was such an authentic experience. The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable, a true italian. The wine was imported from veneto and had such a great flavor. Overall the food was fresh and superb, down to the olive oil. The food came out quickly and hot. 100% recommend.”

“Had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! Chris was our server and he was awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. “Restaurant shout out! Casa San Carlo Morehead City wow!! What an amazing experience!! From the moment we walked in until we walked out! Our serve was so kind and helpful with suggestions (which we took and everything was beyond delicious) We started with the fresh mozzarella lightly breaded and fried with a marinara sauce, that was to die for, with fresh grated Parmesan and what looked like julienne marinated tomatoes. My husband got a lobster ravioli in a pink sauce and I got the tortellini with mushrooms, prosciutto, and peas in a creaming white sauce. Everything was an explosion of flavor. The chef came out many time to check on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. I loved the genuine connections and hearing all the talk in the kitchen. Everyone who came in after us, I could hear all the employees greeting them as if they knew them like family. This restaurant feels like coming into a family dinner and delicious food. I wish we had come here earlier. Before we left they gave us a card inside an envelope that says “no peeking”! It could be a gift card towards our next meal, a free dessert, appetizer, or bottle of wine. It says we can use it in the month of April. We will be coming back to see what is our surprise! Thank you to the team at Casa San Carlos! You gave this couple a fabulous experience! It was a long overdue date night for parents of newborn twins!”

“I ordered a cake and a dozen cupcakes for an anniversary. They required payment up front which made it easy to pick up when they were ready. They do not use any artificial dyes which I appreciate. The design of the cake was simple yet elegant and beautiful. The cake was vanilla and it was wonderful. It was moist and the icing was delicious. Cupcakes were also amazing. A lot of specialty cupcakes are dry but these were delicious. Thanks for making dessert special!”

“These are by far the best bagels, cream cheese, and bagel breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had! Even the plain bagel can’t not be compared! The store vibe is welcoming, quaint and so perfectly paired with a waterfront downtown area. You can sit inside to eat or sit outside on their Picnic tables to enjoy the water views! Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed!”

Great atmosphere, love the graffiti, the Rules of the House are hilarious. They season the chip with yummy goodness. The queso was the perfect dipping consistency. Food was delicious. Eyes were bigger then our stomachs ( but I think that is the theme there, hahaha)

“There are a lot of great Mexican restaurants in the area, but this one is the best I’ve ever been to! Food is phenomenal with big portions. Chips and salsa are delicious and plentiful! Food served quickly, even when it’s crowded. My favorite is the Hawaiian Fajitas - out of this world!!

“Me and my family love this place and frequently go for takeout. Last night I went and picked up 2 large orders of eggdrop soup for all of us and it must have been bottom of the barrell. It was red in color and tasted like pure chicken grease. I was so disappointed because I was so looking forward to it.”

“My husband and I decided to check this place out for breakfast during our visit in Morehead City. So glad we did!! . The breakfast was delicious! Prices were very reasonable. It was fairly busy and wait staff kept the place hopping!!. Busboy was on top of every vacant table and immediately cleaned it. Upon people entering the restaurant, there was always someone looking to provide seating. While we were there a party of eleven came in and within 10 min they were accommodated. Will definitely be back!!”

I obnoxiously get at least 5 refills when here, and yet never got any attitude nor waited long for them. When I go (typically on Saturday morning) there's usually a wait but not usually for very long.”

We met my lil brother & wife with the rest of the family and had another Family Dinner. Our waitress was Stephanie & she was clean, kind, polite, informative, and served us quickly. This was during the bad lettuce scare so UNFORTUNATELY there was NO salad which is a favorite there. They made up for it with replacement items and all was well and VERY DELICIOUS! Thank You Stephanie and Olive Garden for another GREAT Dinner with the Family”
