“I wanted to do something very special for my wife's birthday, 77 years, on 9/1/26. Three of my fellow volunteers at the Disabled American Veterans said there was no better food in Morehead City than Parrots on 11th Street. They were right on all counts. It was those people from Raleigh that wanted to continue to b**** about everything, and thanks to my second martini, I didn't give them a little bit of local redneck, and tell them to go back to Raleigh Like I wanted to, but Yep, Yep, it was an amazing meal. “We’ve been here a number of times and each visit has been wonderful. Food and service are excellent. The ONLY negative I have would be that it is not handicap friendly. No low top tables available. Love the atmosphere and the dining experience overall.“

“Jack’s Waterfront Bar is a family-owned gem in Morehead City! 😄 The staff and owners are super friendly, the wood-fired pizza 🍕 is amazing, drinks are solid 🍹, and the waterfront view 🌊 from the second level can’t be beat. Always a fun spot to hang out and see friends from all over NC!“

“Restaurant shout out! Casa San Carlo Morehead City wow!! What an amazing experience!! From the moment we walked in until we walked out! Our serve was so kind and helpful with suggestions (which we took and everything was beyond delicious) We started with the fresh mozzarella lightly breaded and fried with a marinara sauce, that was to die for, with fresh grated Parmesan and what looked like julienne marinated tomatoes. My husband got a lobster ravioli in a pink sauce and I got the tortellini with mushrooms, prosciutto, and peas in a creaming white sauce. Everything was an explosion of flavor. The chef came out many time to check on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. I loved the genuine connections and hearing all the talk in the kitchen. Everyone who came in after us, I could hear all the employees greeting them as if they knew them like family. This restaurant feels like coming into a family dinner and delicious food. I wish we had come here earlier. Before we left they gave us a card inside an envelope that says “no peeking”! It could be a gift card towards our next meal, a free dessert, appetizer, or bottle of wine. It says we can use it in the month of April. We will be coming back to see what is our surprise! Thank you to the team at Casa San Carlos! You gave this couple a fabulous experience! It was a long overdue date night for parents of newborn twins!“

“My husband and I had a wonderful evening watching the sunset on the deck and enjoying the delicious food. The Brussel Sprouts were out of this world and the coleslaw tasted like ice cream! Staff was so friendly and kind! Recommend it and will definitely stop by again when I’m this way!“

“We visited your place on Friday! My granddaughter and her mom are regulars there and love your concept. She invited us to go with them Friday and we met your husband who is kind to all who walk through the doors. We enjoyed watching our granddaughter play while we got to talk to our daughter! Great job with what you are doing!“
