It was those people from Raleigh that wanted to continue to b**** about everything, and thanks to my second martini, I didn't give them a little bit of local redneck, and tell them to go back to Raleigh Like I wanted to, but Yep, Yep, it was an amazing meal. “They are on summer hours now! 11am - 2am. First time eating at King Mac’s, and boy it didn’t let us down!!! Under new management now and the staff is awesome, food was even better! “My family and I ate here while staying in the area. It's a beautiful restaurant right on the waterfront. The service and the food were excellent! The sweet tea and the hush puppies were amazing! 🦀🍤😋“

“Huge restaurant with tons of seating. We went off season and mid afternoon and had the place virtually to ourselves.
Service was great. We sat outside by the water to watch the boats pass by.
Food was good. Complimentary hushpuppies were served which were gluten-free. I had blacked catch of the day. Which was the jumping mullet. It was cooked to perfection. I came for the She Crab soup. Very good. Also had clam chowder. It was prepared differently with a broth base and tons of chopped clams and hash browns. Cute place.“

“I would never visit Beaufort and not stop by this place. Don’t let the size or location fool you this is a #1 stop for the best musicians around. Always a good time and the local folks make it fun with their welcoming and friendly smiles and handshakes. I played an Open Mic there last year and hope to play there one day. “The Handle Bar (aka Yall Suck). There is a great story here. Nice local spot. You feel like you walked into the southern version of Cheers. Good bantering and friendly staff and patrons. Good selection of beers and cocktails at a restaurant price. We loved it!! It is a cash only bar. Heads up“

“Friendly and welcoming upon entering. Impressively clean, especially the restrooms- extra extra points. Bartenders are always attentive, talkative, they know their stuff and their products so they can always help customers like myself who don't drink often but want to try something new. The owner is present, heavily involved in community events and fundraisers, and is always donating to those in need. She jumps in when needed without hesistation- the definition of a devoted, kind, involved business owner.“

“My daughter, partner and I had the most wonderful dinner last night, preferring to dine outside. Usually we dine inside which is just as fabulous. The food was delicious as always. My daughter had the filet, which was cooked to perfection, my partner had the Mahi special and I had the seared duck breast. Our server Shannon was out of this world. She was the icing on the cake. I will be asking for her in the future. She made a great evening even more wonderful for us. Overall this restaurant, as always, is a great dining experience.“

“Molly’s Bar & Grill has terrific food and great drinks. It is not like a typical hotel captive pub at all. In my two experiences this week, I view it as a place to go on its own merits. Whether it’s Kelsey or Tracey at the bar, you’re going to get really good drinks and very prompt service.
My wife and I have enjoyed the shrimp tacos, shrimp, burger, chopped salad with grilled chicken, and flounder BLT. All with plenty of painkillers to drink! Room service is great if you’re staying at the DoubleTree. Bar service and takeout are equally good. The portions are more than ample.
This is now one of my go-to beach bars on the Emerald Isle strip.“

“This place loves their locals! Come on down for some local beer and a bit of football. It's the only place you'll catch me this time of year. The food is great but the staff is even better. Choose your brew, cheer for your team and play a bit of golf on the Golden Tee in the back. Can't beat it! Love y'all and always appreciate the hospitality!“
