We read some reviews and decided to try this restaurant. We were also coming from the beach and were wind blown and sandy, ie not dr3ssed for a fancy place.Hubs had the Mahi Mahi and cup of clam chowder . He loved both. The chowder was rich with clams! I had the Captains platter, and it was delicious.The only complaint was that my food cooled off very quickly as it was on a big platter. I felt that I had to rush through my food to eat it warm. Lizzy was great! The linguini with clams was amazing!! The ahi tuna was insaneeee and came with FOUR different types of sides!!! The oysters were very good and fresh!! The stuffed shrimp were ok. The flounder and shrimp platter was ok. The bloody Mary’s were good.Kid-friendliness: Good kids meal

During a recent visit to Atlantic Beach, we visited this restaurant and were most disappointed! The food and service left much to be desired! They were very slow serving our food and half of our order was cold when served. We were NOT charged the price on their menu. From $1 to $2 extra was added to the menu price.
